2. Products and Warranty

2.1. All our products are brand new and quality guaranteed.
2.2. Selected products include a 6-month factory warranty, except for electrical products, which do not have a warranty.
2.3. In case of warranty, the customer must present the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping and Deliveries

3.1. We ship nationwide within Guatemala.
3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and product availability.
3.3. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase and are the customer's responsibility.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of the product.
4.2. To apply for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
4.3. Returns of electrical products are not accepted.
4.4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
4.5. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5.1. We accept payments by credit and debit card.
5.2. We also accept bank transfers.
5.3. All payments must be made in Quetzales (GTQ).
