AutoLux offers nationwide shipping in Guatemala.

1. Delivery Time

1.1. Shipments are made within 1 to 5 business days depending on the customer's location.
1.2. We do not guarantee exact delivery times due to external factors such as weather or transportation delays.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Shipping costs vary by area and are calculated at the time of purchase.
2.2. Some orders may qualify for free shipping promotions (depending on the current campaign).

3. Customer Responsibility

3.1. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid delivery address.
3.2. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer's absence, a new shipment must be arranged at an additional cost.
